1. Intellectual Property & Architectural Copyright
All architectural drawings, renderings, photographic monographs, structural details, and literary essays published on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Archinex Studio. Reproduction, imitation, or redistribution without express written authorization is prohibited.
2. Scope of Online Consultation
Submission of an enquiry form or receipt of an exploratory consultation code does not constitute a formal contract for architectural services. A binding professional relationship is established solely upon the formal bilateral execution of an AIA (American Institute of Architects) standard owner-architect agreement or bespoke design-build agreement.
3. Accuracy of Portfolio Information
While all specifications (areas, materials, completion years) presented in our published monographs are accurate reflections of project delivery, site photography is subject to creative staging and seasonal lighting variations.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
