• Project Parameters: Preferred architectural discipline, project typology, geographic city/region, approximate budget framework, and target timeline.
• System & Security Logs: IP addresses and submission timestamps utilized strictly to detect automated spam and prevent DDoS abuse.

3. Use of Information

We utilize collected consultation briefs exclusively to:

• Evaluate preliminary zoning, environmental suitability, and architectural feasibility.
• Assign your brief to a qualified principal architect or interior director.
• Dispatch official consultation acknowledgement receipts and schedule appointments.

4. Security & Storage

All electronic communications and database records are encrypted in transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and stored in secure MySQL relational databases with strict least-privilege role-based access control (RBAC).

5. Client Rights

You maintain the right to inspect, correct, or request the irrevocable deletion of your consultation record at any time by contacting our data stewardship lead at privacy@archinexstudio.com.
